Watercolour Stories — Island Lagoon

The islands in the tropics are full of mystery, its flora rich with diversity. This small islet lays snuggled in a quiet lagoon where the only change is the ebb and flow of tides.
I let the water flow loosely over the paper and then dabbed-in the colour. And then coaxing the watery colour to form the island, gently pulling out the paint to define the palm trees over the larger surrounding vegetation, defining the outline of the island
